No, there isn't a key for toggling the headgear. You have to go into the Inventory Panel and switch it using the mouse controls.

"It's easier" isn't really a reason lol. So why do you want a headgear toggle hotkey unless you want to have your toon's face go in spasms? There's no point in it other than that really.

There are already multiple options for what headgear to diplay and where.
Always on In town only In explorable only etc. Now if you wanted to have armor hotkeys like the weapon hotkeys that would make more sense, but for changing what you look like when you are in a town or explorable it takes 3 seconds to toggle it when you enter and 3 seconds when you leave. |

The mask for the Ranger is terrible. I just dumped it at level 2 by left clicking it and holding the button and relocating outside your inventory on the ground. I also think the warrior hat is dumb to.It covers up your hair of your character. Dump em both. They add very little armor. It isn't worth it.

You need all your armor as you go through the game. The armor system works based on which bit of your body is hit, unlike many games which use an overall armor bonus. Your head will get hit 1/8 of the time. Go out without wearing a headpiece and pretty soon you'll be dying to every head shot that hits, irrespective of how good the rest of your kit is. If you don't want to look at the headpiece (and i agree, many of them are not paticularly nice looking) then just mark it as not displayed in town or explorable. You'll still get the benefit without having to look at the thing |

If you didn't like your clothes, would you just dump them and run naked? And if they're too small, buy bigger ones! rd151, did you read anything about Guild Wars or even on this thread? You can hide the helmet while it still being effective! Read plz. Personally the Ranger mask is the coolest headpiece in the game, warrior close second. =) Last edited by Caw521; Mar 01, 2010 at 11:55 PM // 23:55.. |
